Luca Quaradeghini

Luca Quaradeghini is an Aries, born April 14 in England.

He is a second generation immigrant from Italian parents.

His maternal grandparents Nonna Lucia and Nonno Ervio moved his mother to Australia after losing their home in the war.

His paternal grandparents, Nonno Nello and Nonna Gina moved to London where his father was born to the sound of the bo bells.

London played a major role in his life. He states that the city caused most of his problems but it also taught him the lessons he needed to survive in a world which, he states, is getting increasingly confusing and hostile.

He graduated from university and began to compile his poetry. His first poem was at sixteen and he later finished the rest of the book, The Whisper, in, how he puts it, his drug enduced self destruct phase.

He hopes you enjoy reading his book, The Whisper. He believes there are a lot of people who have felt or still feel these insecurities and inexorable pain daily that he has felt, and if he can ease it for just one person, he states, his work here is done.

She runs live and online workshops in the Creative Regeneration process, which involves a specific blend of focusing, meditation, free-writing and intuitive painting.

She is also a Reiki practitioner (at Master level), staying close to the original roots of Reiki in Buddhist and Taoist practices.

Her PhD thesis, entitled 'Felt Senses of Self and No-Self in Therapy', investigating the intersections between focusing, therapy and Buddhism, has been turned into book form (The Chi Book - Reiki From The Roots).
